Joshua Blanchard- MCS Project Manager, CAMI Manager & Deed Restriction Department Supervisor.

Josh joined SCS in January of 2001.  He is the Project Manager for the Maintenance division, MCS.  He is also the trainer and supervisor for the C.A.M.I. department & Deed Restriction Dept.  He brings with him several years of management, construction, law enforcement, and military experience. He is certified in Architectural Document reading and Facilities Maintenance Management. 

His prior experience consists of retail management, commercial construction superintendent, Louisiana Parish Sheriffs deputy, Digital television editor and a certified personal trainer.  He has an Honorable discharge from the United States Navy and served during the first Gulf war.  Josh grew up in the Television industry and is the son of Eddie Blanchard an Executive in Television Broadcasting and President of Delta Media. 

Josh is originally from South Louisiana and proud of his true Cajun heritage.  Josh is an avid history enthusiast and also weight lifter and spends most of his free time in the gym.  He also loves listening to music, horseback riding, ATV riding and hunting.  His favorite thing to do is spend time with his young daughter Falon.
