C.A.M.I., or Common Area Maintenance Inspections is designed to help communities keep up with their common areas. Sometimes small things get away from you and become major. C.A.M.I. is designed to identify these issues so that you can arrange to repair them before they become major, helping our communities save both time and money.

C.A.M.I. will allow you to be informed on the common areas and the maintenance that might be needed on a monthly basis. We will go to your neighborhood once a month to inspect your common areas. You will receive an evaluation each month for your review. If there is a potential serious problem your manager or service manager will notify you so that the repair can be expedited. You can evaluate the report for yourselves and make decisions to repair or replace. Pictures can be emailed or mailed to the board to save you from the time of locating the problem yourself.

The Supervisor for this department is Joshua Blanchard, he has several years experience in construction & punch list and has been with SCS since 2001.  The inspector is Rene Ruiz, he has 18 years experience with facility maintenance and has been with SCS since 2005.
